History
Dingwalls is a legendary music venue in Camden, London. Since opening in 1973 as “Dingwalls Dancehall,” it’s been at the centre of the city’s music and nightlife scene. As well as the 600 capacity venue, the historic T.E Dingwalls Building is also home to Lock 17; a vibrant bar which showcases our “Wall Of Fame”, Terrace Bar – open all year round – where you can enjoy the views of the bustling market and Dingwalls 2, our canal-side, 100 capacity venue side by side with the main room.
Over the years, Dingwalls has hosted legendary artists across every genre from The Clash and Sex Pistols to Blondie, Coldplay, Etta James, and The Strokes. More recently, Hard-Fi lit up the stage in November 2024, joining a modern-day lineup that also includes James Bay, Noel Gallagher, Imagine Dragons and Pete Doherty.
Whether you’re heading here for a gig or just to enjoy drinks in the Lock, Dingwalls offers an authentic London experience in the heart of Camden.
