Dolly Doops https://www.instagram.com/dollydoops/
Introducing queer artist, writer & producer, Dolly Doops. Using the lockdowns to produce her own ‘glitchy hyper-pop’ sound, she has since spent her time releasing that music, performing, songwriting & recording in New York, London & Poland, running an artist residency to support other females & shooting fun visuals for each release.
Doops creates everything: producing and writing her music, making her outfits and costumes for shows and photoshoots and designing her own tattoos. Her music video for her song ‘Hot On You’ was hand selected and screened at OFN LGBTIA+ Film festival in London.
Ettie www.instagram.com/ettiemusic
Ettie is a gay pop punk artist whose caffeinated and angsty rock anthems about being judged and dismissed, living with existential fear and coming out touch a raw nerve with their honesty and truthfulness.
Fuelled by an extensive history of drinking wine and making questionable decisions, she wrote her single Marty McFly as “a queer anthem about wanting to go back in time and tell my younger self that it’s okay to be who you are.”
With the mantra of “it wasn’t a phase, mum” Ettie’s music is like confetti at a party – playful, fun and life affirming. Its mournful, serious side is like the climb up to the roof to see the sunrise, when you breathe in the fresh morning air and realise that life is an open book that’s yours to write.
