How do I get to Dingwalls?

By Tube

The nearest tube stations are Camden Town and Chalk Farm. These stations are around a 5 minute walk away from the venue.

By Train

The nearest mainline stations are Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston. Then forward by tube from there.

By Taxi

There is a mini cab office at Chalk Farm Tube Station.

By Bus

The following buses run on Chalk Farm Road/Ferdinand Street past the venue: 24 (24hr), 27 (24hr), 31, 168, N5, N28, N31

Parking

There is no parking at Dingwalls, therefore we advise you to travel by Public Transport.

If you do decide to drive, you could try parking on surrounding roads off the High Street, however please be aware of paid Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) as well as time and date restrictions. For more up to date information visit Camden Council Website

What time do doors open?

Times vary by event. Please check your ticket, the event listing on our website or email us info@dingwalls.com for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

How do I book Tickets / Is there a Box Office?

Tickets can be purchased in advance via our website or through authorised ticketing partners. We strongly advise purchasing only from official sources to avoid the risk of invalid or fraudulent tickets. Please ensure you have your ticket ready for scanning upon arrival, as all tickets will be checked at the door when doors open.

What is the Refund Policy / Can I Resell Tickets?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. We recommend using authorized resale platforms if you need to sell your ticket. Reselling tickets through unofficial channels is strongly discouraged and may result in invalid entry.

What are the Age Restrictions?

Age restrictions vary depending on the event:

  • The minimum age is 18+. Valid photo ID is required to be served alcohol.
  • For live shows, the minimum age is typically 14+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID is required.

Is Dingwalls accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. They may provide ticket holders that would be unable to attend without use of a personal assistant (PA), and are in receipt of one or more of the following, with a ticket at no additional cost for one PA:

• Standard/Enhanced PIP for care and/or mobility
• CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement
• A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Entry will be available when you present your matching ID upon arrival and are with your personal assistant. This will not be sent to you in advance, and we will not issue any PA passes without matching ID, so please remember to bring this with you to avoid disappointment!

**Dingwalls operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police. Furthermore, anyone found to be asking for drugs or offering drugs will also be banned for life.**

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, we have a cloakroom, where we charge a small fee per item (we accept cash and/or card).

Only one small bag per person is permitted. Small bags (max. A4 size), small backpacks, laptop cases and coats are permitted. Large bags or (any size of) suitcases  cannot be stored with us, or taken into the venue. Please note we are not responsible for any items in the cloakroom.

What about Lost Property?

If you’ve lost an item at the venue, please email us at info@dingwalls.com with a description of the item, the date of your visit, and any other relevant details. If your item is found, we’ll arrange a suitable time for collection.

Please note that all lost property is held for 28 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be safely discarded.
